We live in a 130 m² large, bright apartment with a sunny roof terrace (25m ²), 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms , a large living room with an open kitchen near the Bergmann Kiez in Berlin Kreuzberg. The whole apartment is heated by underfloor heating. There is accommodation for up to 4 adults and 2-3 children or a family with older children. Our apartment is on the top floor of a new building with elevator, overlooking an old brewery site on one side and overlooking green Victoria Park on the other side. On the site there is a park with playground and burrow and a ping pong table. In Victoria Park there is lots of space for walking and a large adventure playground. Metro Station “Platz der Luftbrücke” (5 minutes) and the underground station Mehringdamm (10 minutes walk) and various shopping and entertainment possibilities in “Bergmannstrasse” (5 minutes walk) are just around the corner. Wi-Fi, fax and landline flatrate, 2 bikes and childrens' bikes as well as a car parking space are available The apartment is fully equipped. In the cupboards, in the bathroom, in the refrigerator and in the bathrooms, we will create enough space for our guests. Fresh linen and towels are also provided. Rooms described in detail: Kitchen The new kitchen features an espresso machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, a table for 6 people, two TripTrap childrens' chairs and is fully equipped with dishes and home appliances. In the closet there is a washing machine, tools and household goods (ask for special features please!) Master bedroom This is bordered with 2 french balconies on the quiet courtyard. The room has a double bed (2m x 2m). Childrens room 1 This room belongs to our 12 year old daughter and has direct access to the roof terrace. In the room there is a 80cm/ 1.6m x 2 m bed for one child or up to 2 adults and a lot of toys. Childrens room 2 It belongs to our 15 year old son and also goes out to the roof terrace (the doors can be locked). The room has a bed which can be turned into a double bed (80cm/ 1.6m x 2 m) and a high bed (1,2mx2m) which can be used for up to 3 children. Childrens room 3 Another childrens sleeping room with another single/ double bed (80cm/ 1.6m x 2 m) and a lot of toys. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms. One with a bath tub which can also be used as a shower, the other with a shower, both with toilet and sink. The bigger bathroom is directly linked to the big bedroom. Living room The large, bright living room also goes out to the roof terrace and has a sofa seating area and a large dining table. It also has a corner with a workplace. Our WIFI speed there is around 500 Mbit/s. Roof terrace: On the roof terrace there is a table and chairs, a sofa lounge and a lot of plants. In the evening, you can enjoy stunning views over Berlins beautiful sunsets (South-West side).
