This cozy apartment with its large south facing balcony is nestled in a quiet side street between Berlin Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg - Arkonaplatz, Mauerpark and Kastanienallee are all in walking distance and you find both tube and tram just two minutes away. We are currently renovating to create an ideal spot to both work and relax and where you can even bring your pet (note that the end cleaning fee will be slightly higher than usual). The main room is equipped with a large bed (140 cm x 200cm), a couch, a working desk, a wardrobe and a bookshelf. The seperate, fully equipped kitchen with dining area faces south to the court yard. You can enjoy breakfast dinner on the spacious balcony. The big bathroom comes with a full size bathtub and a washing machine and also has a big window to the courtyard. All utilities and WiFi are included. We can offer the option to extend. Mitte is the very center of Berlin and this apartment is just a stroll from parks such as Weinbergpark or Mauerpark. Public transport is just around the corner and brings you to the main station or to Prenzlauer Berg in just a few minutes.
