In 2013, the non-smoking vacation apartment was completed on the 2nd floor with approx. 90m² plus a roof terrace of approx. 20m² each. Although the penthouse counts as an attic it has high ceilings of almost three meters in the living area. The apartment is equipped for five people. It has a large living room of about 35m² with open kitchen and bar, as well as two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom and WC have marble floors and modern furnishings. The larger bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed ( 2 x 2 m) as well as a single bed, the smaller one with a 1,60 x 2,00 m double bed and both with enough storage space. A crib can be added if needed. When occupied by up to 7 people, the living room set can be used as a sofa bed. The living area offers a bar and kitchenette, a dining set and a large sofa set with a sleep function. Technical equipment - The apartment has a 42-inch TV satellite reception with DVD player - W-LAN - The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, and microwave, as well as all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. - Bedding, towels (2 sets) are provided - The apartment is equipped with a cozy underfloor heating with solar support. A washing machine and dryer is in the apartement.
