1 Zimmer Wohnung mit 85m² in Berlin

I will be traveling during the first two weeks of July and am looking for a reliable individual or a couple with cat experience to occupy my apartment during this time and lovingly care for my cat. The bright new-build apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) is located in the popular Samariterkiez in Friedrichshain and features 85 m² of living space, a very large living and dining area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious, sunny 40 m² rooftop terrace with a view into a quiet and green courtyard. Very good transport links and numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping facilities right on the doorstep. The apartment is offered at a reduced rent for the duration of my vacation, as caring for my cat is part of the agreement.
