I rent out the apartment for people who stay temporary in Berlin (or need an apartment temporary because of their situation). The apartment is freshly refurbished with a new bath, new kitchen and wooden floorboards. Fully equipped with furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine etc. The bathroom is with a bathtub. The apartment has triple-glazed windows which makes it even more silent and saves energy. There are also towels, sheets and all you need to directly start living. Every room can be equipped with a queen-size bed. If you just need one bed just tell me. Prices for electricity, water and everything else is included. Wifi is available. 3 minutes to walk to Bus X54 which goes directly to S, U and Tram Pankow. It's a very quiet and peaceful area named Kissingenviertel with a lot of green and absolute safety on street 24/7. A supermarket (LIDL) is 7 minutes to walk. And the amazing Florastraße is 15 minutes to walk (or just some minutes by bus) where the young life plays. You can also go by e-scooter (like Bolt, Tier, Lime, Voi) from that area and just need 3 minutes to S/U Pankow.
