All windows look into the well-kept garden. An extendable table and a 4-seater sofa have been added (not yes in the pictures.....) The access to the appartment leads 20 m through the garden. None of the rooms can be seen from the street. Parking is easily and cost-free available at any time in front of the house. A small garden area at the entrance is also included. The apartment is located in a high-quality environment of a traditional villa area at a large square and park in the 'Westend' of Berlin. The area is very quiet and green, and very well connected. The nearest subway station (U-Bahn Theodor Heuss Platz ) is 12 min on foot away, the „Berlin Internationale Messehallen“ are 1.5 km or 17 minutes on foot away, the Central Bus Station (ZOB ) 20 min on foot or 2 km away.
