Die Wohnung wird vollständig möbliert untervermietet und ist sofort bezugsfertig. Die angegebene Miete ist eine Pauschalmiete und beinhaltet die Kaltmiete, sämtliche Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom sowie die komplette Möblierung. Zur Ausstattung gehören unter anderem: - Voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle - Großes Sofa - Doppelbett (King-Size) - Großer Fernseher - Höhenverstellbare Schreibtische und eine komfortable Homeoffice-Ausstattung - Weitere Möbel und Stauraum für den täglichen Bedarf Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für ein Paar und wird bevorzugt an ein Paar vermietet. The apartment is offered fully furnished and is ready to move in. The stated rent is an all-inclusive monthly rent and covers the base rent, all utility costs, internet, electricity, and the complete furnishing of the apartment. The apartment includes, among other things: * Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and microwave * Large sofa * King-size bed * Large TV * Height-adjustable desks and a comfortable home office setup * Additional furniture and storage space for everyday living The apartment is ideally suited for a couple, and preference will be given to couples. Additional information: * Fixed-term sublease from September for approximately 10 months * Registration (Anmeldung) is possible * Security deposit: €4,320 * No basement/storage cellar * No elevator * Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and throughout the entire building * Pets upon prior agreement: one dog may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
