Hi there, my luxury loft is open for rent during the times I am traveling for work. Beautiful, spacious, lots of light. Moroccan rugs, Japanese futon bed, audiophile hifi & TV. Homely with lots more character than a hotel room. Calm balcony looking over the courtyard and its hundred-year-old chestnut tree. Calm street but close to cafes, restaurants, and Ringbahn (5-10 mins walk). The music studio will be cleared upon handover so you have space there, including an extra bed for a third person.
