We are looking for caring temporary residents for our fully furnished and equipped new build apartment with a balcony, from July until the end of September for 2-3 months. The apartment offers plenty of space with 86sqm and a balcony: - open kitchen with automatic coffee machine, barista coffee machine, air fryer, soda maker & everything you need for cooking - living-dining room with dining table for 4, large sofa, TV with console - fully equipped bathroom with bathtub-shower combo, toilet - additional guest bathroom with toilet - study with height-adjustable desk, curved screen, sofa bed, games & weights for workouts - bedroom with box-spring bed, dressing table, wardrobe, armchair - laundry room with washer-dryer - balcony with table for 4 / sun lounger We would like to hand over our apartment fully furnished and equipped, so you can literally just move in with a suitcase. The total monthly rent is 2,800€. Broken down into 2,300€ basic rent plus 500€ utility costs. Additionally, there is a final cleaning fee of 150€. And a deposit of 2 months' basic rent. We are looking for careful, caring people who will appreciate our home as much and truly feel comfortable here.
