1 room apartment of 46m² in Berlin

Welcome to a completely newly renovated apartment, furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment is located in the basement of a quiet house and has direct access to its own terrace. This is currently still under completion and therefore cannot be used at the moment. We have nevertheless indicated the terrace so that smokers know that they can smoke directly in front of the apartment – similar to on a balcony. Since the apartment was originally designed as a high-quality holiday accommodation, it is fully equipped and offers everything needed for a pleasant stay. In the kitchen, there is no classic oven, but there is a modern air fryer. This can easily prepare bake-off rolls, frozen meals, or small oven dishes – only larger baking projects like cakes are not possible with it.
