Hey! We are going to Hamburg for 5 months for work and are subletting our beautiful, furnished 2-room apartment in the Belgian Quarter for that period. Apartment: 🏠 The apartment is 54 m2 and located on the first floor. The living room with balcony faces the small, green inner courtyard. The bed in the bedroom is 1.40m wide. Additionally, there's a small hallway, a freshly renovated, internal bathroom with a large shower, and a kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher. 🛋️ The furniture is all quite new; we only moved in last year ourselves. 🚘 A private parking space directly in front of the house belongs to the apartment and must be taken over for the period. 🧺 In the basement, there is a shared house washing machine that can be used. 😇 The neighbors are nice and helpful, in case anything comes up. Location: We live on Lütticher Straße - for us, the most beautiful street in Cologne. Hardly any cars, super quiet, and yet you're right in the middle of it all in one or two minutes: 🍻 Bars, cafés, and Brüsseler Platz: 2 min 🛒 Rewe, Lidl, Aldi & Netto: 4 min 🏋️ Many Urban Sports Spots: 5 min 🚇 Rudolfplatz / Friesenplatz (subway): 3-5 min. 💶 1,670€ all-inclusive (incl. heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, broadcasting fee & parking space) 🔑 Deposit: 2,500€ 📅 August 1st to December 31st, 2026. In November, we will know if the period can be extended by one or two months. 🚭 Non-smoker, no pets 👤 Single person or couple We are looking for someone who will take good care of the apartment and the furniture and truly feel at home here.
