2 rooms apartment of 99m² in Berlin

I am renting out my cozy, creative, and spacious apartment in the beautiful Icelandic Quarter in Prenzlauer Berg. Available for use are the kitchen, bathroom, two balconies (a corner balcony and a long large balcony), and two rooms. One is a studio; I am a photographer and have also used it for some photoshohoots. Here, there is now a 1.40 double bed with a large desk. The living and dining room is equipped with a dining table and a large sofa. The apartment also has another bedroom, but since I come to Berlin 2-3 times a year for professional and private reasons, I reserve the right to use this room then. For this period, and we will naturally discuss this in advance, the apartment will be slightly converted into a shared flat (WG). Since I myself work as a freelance photographer, I would naturally be pleased if you also have an inclination towards art/creativity.
