1 room apartment of 50m² in Hanover

I am planning a longer world trip starting in October, so I would like to sublet my apartment furnished. Ideally for at least six months, but I prefer a longer sublet. The cupboards will naturally be emptied, and I will remove all my personal belongings from the apartment. However, I would of course leave the cutlery, crockery, and household appliances (vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, etc.) here so that everything can be used. The apartment also includes a cellar for storage, and bicycles can be easily parked in the inner courtyard. The bed in the bedroom is a 1.4m bed, and since the bedroom is only accessible from the living room, the apartment is absolutely not suitable for a shared flat. The apartment is very centrally located, a kiosk is right around the corner, and Edeka/Rewe/Rossmann/pharmacy and the bakery are just a few minutes' walk away. The Marienstraße stop is a 1-2 minute walk, and from there, you are very well connected in all directions. You can also walk to the city center or the main train station in under 20 minutes. The rent is warm (includes utilities) and already includes internet and GEZ. The property management has been informed about the planned sublet, so official registration would not be a problem.
