1 room apartment of 30m² in Berlin

I am subletting my privately owned apartment for three months, from June to August. The rent is a flat rate and includes all utilities, such as electricity, heating, water, and internet. The apartment is approximately 30 square meters in size and is located on the third floor of a well-maintained building near Gleisdreieck Park (Körnerstraße). It faces east and features a spacious balcony, perfect for summer barbecues. Potsdamer Straße is just nearby, offering convenient access to daily shopping, public transportation (U1, U2, U3), and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. The apartment was fully renovated in 2023 and comes completely furnished and equipped, so you only need to arrive with a suitcase. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
