1 room apartment of 35m² in Berlin

Beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished old building apartment with charm on the 3rd floor facing the green and quiet inner courtyard. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, bathroom with washing machine and bathtub and a cozy kitchen with space to relax or work. Berlin Wedding (Mitte) is a lively, diverse district with different cultures. Streetcar and subway, various shopping facilities, a large cinema, cafés, gyms, several parks and even the outdoor swimming lake Plötzensee are within walking distance. The large Virchow Klinikum (Charité), parts of the TU, the Rehberge and the Nordufer are all very close by. I love living here for 11 years. As a designer and artist who travels a lot and lives in a guest apartment, it was important to me to make this apartment so personal and tasteful that you feel comfortable and that everything you need is there, such as a real table where you can work or eat with friends. If I have forgotten something important, please let me know. There is no television as I don't use one myself. All the paintings are the work of artist friends. The apartment invites you in with the charm of an old Berlin building with high ceilings and beautiful old doors.
