Cosily furnished three-room flat in a very central location I offer a fully furnished, comfortably furnished, three-room flat in the centre of Berlin (approx. 5 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz) bathroom, WC, TV, washing machine, doorbell system with intercom, district heating in the new building with lift, bicycle parking in front of the house and bicycle storage room in the house, security, etc. etc. If required, a car parking space can also be provided for a fee. I am very flexible regarding the period of use. If there is serious interest, please let me know at short notice. The flat is only rented to a maximum of two people or a family with a child.
