3 rooms apartment of 180m² in Berlin

We are subletting our wonderful and spacious penthouse in Berlin Lichterfelde from August until December 2026. It has a huge living room with an open kitchen and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large and has lots of storage space, the two kids bedroom are smaller with a bunk bed and a single bed. It has a huge balcony upstairs and a smaller balcony on the lower level. The area is quiet, but in walking distance there is public transportation and grocery shopping.
