This beautiful furnished family apartment has 105 sqm. The apartment features a timeless aesthetic, furnished in a minimalist style with carefully selected modern pieces. The rooms are bright and radiate a sense of lightness. The living and dining room is flanked by the master bedroom with a queen-size bed (Tempur mattress) and a children’s room (bed with a raised play platform). The apartment features a balcony and two French windows. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven (including steam function), refrigerator, sink (with Quooker instant hot water tap), stove, teppanyaki plate, air fryer, toaster, and a fully integrated washing machine. The living room includes a large Samsung Smart TV and a high-end sound system (the record player is not included in the rental). The apartment has a storage room, which is only to be used for shoes, coats, cleaning supplies, etc., and will otherwise largely serve as storage space for our belongings during our absence. The bathroom has a bathtub and no separate shower. There is no basement. The apartment is to be rented for a period up to 12 months from June/July. A Minimum Stay of 6 months is required. All sidecosts - incl. heating, electricity, water, Internet, TV... is included in the rent.
