We are renting our fully furnished 4-room apartment in an idyllic location in the Helmholtzkiez neighborhood. The 114 m² of living space is divided into four rooms of approximately equal size (1 bedroom, 2 living/dining rooms, 1 study) as well as a separate kitchen and bathroom. If necessary, one of the living rooms can be converted into an additional bedroom. The balcony facing the southeast garden is perfect for sunny breakfasts in summer, while in the afternoon you can relax on the loggia facing the street. Thanks to its location on the 4th floor, the apartment still gets plenty of light in winter, and the elevator makes access much easier. The basement offers additional storage space in addition to the spacious apartment. The apartment is rented fully furnished, as shown in the pictures, including a high-quality fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances.
