4 rooms apartment of 110m² in Hamburg

Our beautiful apartment is centrally and quietly located on Abendrothsweg in Hoheluft. A private garden and large terrace belong to the apartment. Shopping facilities, the Ise-Market, various restaurants/bars and shops, and connections to bus and subway are in the vicinity and reachable on foot. There are very nice neighbors in the building. We are renting out 3 rooms (bedroom, living room, and dining room). A loggia/summer garden (behind the bedroom, used as an office), kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 storage rooms (not in the pictures), a large terrace, a private garden, and a hallway also belong to the apartment. In a separate children's room, we store our belongings and do not rent this out. This could be discussed in detail if a child also moves in. We will be traveling for 2.5 to 3 months during our parental leave and are subletting the apartment during this time. We might also stay on vacation until early November and could rent the apartment for a bit longer. We could discuss this directly. For transparency: We do not want to make money from the sublease, but simply cover our costs.
