An architect has restored this beautiful and rare Berlin apartment, which is located in Berlin Mitte. Four floor-to-ceiling arched windows illuminate the apartment and allow access to the spacious balcony with a view of the inner courtyard. A furniture-piece divides the open floor plan into private and presentation rooms. The bathroom has a monsoon shower with beautiful, custom-made tiles. The brick walls of the room form the perfect backdrop for the many works of art that are exhibited in the apartment. The large inner courtyard of the house is planted with old trees.
