We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful 3-room apartment in Winskiez from . The rental period is limited by the landlord to 6 months (possibly negotiable for a few months longer). Features: Approx. 80m2 including balcony, beautifully renovated with plank flooring and stucco ceiling, furnished with a sofa, dining table, washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. A large dining table (see pictures) can either be used or stored. Cost-effective takeover of a 1.4x2m bed (mattress + slatted frame) is possible. Bathroom with natural light. Location and Connections: M2, M4, M10 directly around the corner, supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Denns, DM), as well as cafés, bars, restaurants, and many small shops reachable within a few minutes' walk. Orientation: The apartment is on the 1st floor and is very quietly located facing southwest with views from the kitchen and study or bedroom into a beautifully green courtyard. Facing northeast towards a street (low traffic). Balcony, dining, living, and study or sleeping area facing northeast, kitchen and study or sleeping area facing southwest. Please read: Currently, scaffolding is erected in front of the facade, on the balcony side, until presumably the end of the year, to allow for repairs to the roof structure – fortunately, since the apartment is on the 1st floor, you don't notice much of it.
